All carts must be fully charged on the day of pick-up/turn-in

A penalty fee of $250 will be added to the overall bill/amount owed if the cart is not fully charged upon return and/or if staff must come out to charge the cart from a dead/drained battery

Drivers assume all liability while driving the Golf Cart. The driver’s personal automobile insurance is required by state law. Should you damage the vehicle, and/or any other vehicle, property, etc., the driver of the Golf Cart will be solely responsible.

ALL Golf Cart drivers must have a valid driver’s license and must be at least 21 years of age.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You will receive a full refund if cancelled within 5 days of booking. From 5 days to 3 days prior to booking date JB’s will refund ½ of the total payment. There is no refund if cancelled within 72 hours of booking date.
